Forged in Germany with an additional grinding process to create perfectly aligned and sharp cutting edges. High grade steel construction with a phosphate finish for corrosion protection. Equipped with PVC handles to enhance grip and comfort during use. Manufactured to DIN ISO 9242, TS 60-12.
